I am excited to announce that exhibition to accompany the publication "Daima. Images of Women of Colour in Berlin" by the late Nzitu Mawakha will be shown again in Wiesbaden during March 2017.
"Daima" is a collection of black and white images of Black women from or living in Germany. The exhibition was produced in November 2013, at the same time as the book publication of the same name. The photo-book "Daima" is the third publication of the Witnessed Series.
The opening of the exhibition is on Saturday March 11th from 1.30pm and it is being shown alongside the ISD exhibition "Homestory Deutschland" in the context of the Internationale Wochen gegen Rassismus 2017.
Venue: vhs Wiesbaden, Alcide-De-Gasperi-Straße 5, 65197 (Haus B, Erdgeschoss)
Eintritt frei!
Organisers: vhs Wiesbaden and Spiegelbild
